Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Field Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver targeted training for urgent care and occupational health teams. You will create engaging content across video, live virtual, and in-person formats, using tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Camtasia, and Smartsheet.

You will collaborate with field leaders to refine materials, promote business initiatives, and ensure training meets performance standards.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, and training facilitation.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.
Proficient with tools including Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, Smartsheet and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training for all team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes from SME/ELT/Legal.
Facilitate specialized virtual instructor-led training sessions across markets.
Evaluate learner performance and report findings to field trainers and HR.
