Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care, part of TAG-The Aspen Group, is seeking a Field Learning and Development Specialist. You will design, develop and deliver targeted training programs for specific positions, collaborating with field leaders to create engaging learning experiences and ensure safety and quality in patient care.

You will facilitate virtual sessions, assess learner performance, and support with project management, training metrics, and logistics across markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D) and training facilitation.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
• Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.
• Experience with various training modalities (in-person, virtual, video).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop targeted training content for specific roles.
• Deliver training across multiple markets using virtual and in-person formats.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of training materials and obtain SME/ELT/Legal approvals.
• Coordinate logistics and track training records; support program progress reporting.
