Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Field Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver targeted training for urgent care and occupational health teams. You'll create engaging content using tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Camtasia, and the Office suite, and collaborate with field leaders to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D) and training facilitation.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
• Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong attention to detail in content and logistics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for all team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes from SME, ELT, and Legal.
• Facilitate specialized VILT sessions across markets, including DOT BAT, Urine Collection, OSHA compliance, and other topics.
• Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and reporting findings to trainers and HR.
• Assist with project management tasks, including building and updating detailed project plans.
• Assess current training and data to recommend updates, development tools, and applications.
• Support department goals by tracking training records, reporting progress, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions.
• Adaptability and quality orientation are emphasized to maintain effectiveness amid shifting priorities.
