Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content using multiple modalities including video, in-person, live virtual, and web-based learning.
• Deliver training for all team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with goals.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of materials with SME/ELT/Legal approvals.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions across markets and evaluate learner performance.
• Support project management tasks and track training progress.
