The specialist will design materials, deliver sessions, and support talent initiatives, with opportunities for professional growth and alignment to organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, OD, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in learning & development, training, or instructional design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate, Camtasia).
• Familiarity with instructional design models and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning content and facilitator guides.
• Support talent programs, including performance management and succession planning.
• Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Track enrollment and report program participation.
