Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and curate training programs that grow employee skills and align with organizational goals. This temporary contract lasts about six months and can be performed remotely.

You will create e-learning content, facilitator guides, and training materials; partner with HR and subject matter experts to identify needs and measure impact; and deliver engaging sessions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs to grow employee skills.
• Familiar with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to work with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and develop instructional materials including e-learning, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Support talent management initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on key topics.
