AMD is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Oklahoma to own and grow leadership and instructional initiatives. You will defend solid planning fundamentals, guide teammates, and help translate broad goals into measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams.

With a focus on differentiating instruction and leveraging Canvas LMS and Pear Deck, you will mentor others, oversee onboarding, and ensure ongoing capability building while aligning with AMD’s performance metrics and strategic goals.

Competenze

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manager capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share and trim information as needed.
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS and Pear Deck to design engaging learning experiences.
