Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs across a multi-site organization. This fully remote role collaborates with leaders to deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and professional growth initiatives while traveling occasionally to QCC sites.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in L&D, strong LMS and e-learning skills, and proven ability to create engaging, scalable learning experiences

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site environments preferred.
• Proficient in Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Experience creating and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended formats.
• Partner with leaders to assess training needs, create curriculum and learning pathways.
• Manage LMS content, training records, compliance documentation, and certification programs.
• Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer, and change management initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
