Job summary

Vertech seeks a Manager - Learning and Development to lead the design and delivery of onboarding, upskilling, and leadership programs for a remote US team. You will build role-based curricula, coordinate facilitators, and ensure engaging learning experiences that align with company safety and culture.

You will own VertechLEADS end-to-end, drive continuous improvement, and partner with managers to close capability gaps through data-driven programs and effective communications.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Experience developing curriculum and delivering manager or leadership training.
• Experience building role-based learning paths and blended learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Build role-based learning paths from onboarding to next roles.
• Own VertechLEADS curriculum, scheduling, communications, and facilitation.
• Design and deliver manager and leadership programs that motivate participation.
• Identify capability gaps using planning, performance data, feedback and assessments.
• Create materials, job aids, and session resources for effective delivery.
• Manage calendars, vendors, budgets, learning tech, and records.
• Continuously improve programs aligned with policies, safety, and culture.
