We empower organizations to strengthen compliance, protect their businesses, and confidently navigate an ever-changing financial crime landscape.**About the Position**The Learning and Development Coordinator will have the **responsibility for developing and executing on strategies to improve engagement**, **with our newly hired employees and Ready For Allocation Team (RFA)**. The RFA team is comprised of employees waiting for appointment to a client focused team, that typically have just completed new hire training or are in transition between clients. This also includes the employee on bench waiting for the allocation to projects and aligned with the company’s policies.
