Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking an L&D Digital Learning Analyst/Apprentice to support administration, analysis, and reporting of learning data. You will work to maintain accurate records, generate insights, and help develop digital learning solutions that enhance learning analytics and decision-making.

The role involves undertaking an apprenticeship in data analytics or related area, enabling progression in learning, workforce development, and digital learning technologies.

Qualifications

• GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and digital learning.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate learner records and training data.
• Produce reports and insights on learning activity and learner engagement.
• Support coordination of training programmes, workshops, webinars, and events.
• Monitor apprenticeship progress and maintain documentation.
• Assist with evaluation activities to measure learning impact.
• Use Excel to manage and report learning data, create dashboards.
