Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is assisting a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing organization in recruiting a Learning & Development Analyst to join its HR team. The role combines data analytics, learning technologies, and employee development to build training programs in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will analyze training data, build dashboards, track learning metrics, administer an LMS, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting Learning & Development, training operations, HR analytics, or related function.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, dashboards, and Power Query.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience applying Kirkpatrick model to evaluate training is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze training data to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
• Track learning metrics; including attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and learner feedback.
• Support training evaluations and measure learning effectiveness.
• Administer and maintain the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, course assignments, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Support new hire onboarding programs, training schedules, and learning records.
• Assist employees with learning platform questions and training resources.
• Help improve learning processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team on continuous improvement initiatives.
