Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and logistics of training programs and workshops across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support program improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
