BairesDev is hiring a Learning Designer for 100% remote work. You will design and develop e-learning modules aligned with specific objectives and manage LMS deployments to ensure smooth delivery across projects.

You will use Articulate Storyline and other tools to create engaging digital assets, establish KPIs, and collaborate with SMEs to close knowledge gaps while iterating content based on feedback.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning development.
• Proven expertise designing and delivering training using LMS platforms.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
• Experience with training effectiveness measurement and instructional strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to learning objectives.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to specific learning objectives.


• Manage and optimize the deployment of educational content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).


• Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive and visually compelling digital learning assets.


• Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructional strategies.


• Partner with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and define desired learning outcomes.


• Continuously refine educational content based on user feedback and emerging pedagogical trends.
