Job summary

Din Development Corporation in the United States is seeking a Technical Writer and Knowledge Management Specialist for remote work. The role covers editing, documentation, and end-to-end KM system ownership from planning to ongoing management, with DoD compliance and government deliverable experience.

A Secret clearance is required. Responsibilities include converting engineering terms into user manuals, developing KM and training content, and supporting RMF/ATO activities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience required.
• BS/BA in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred.
• Secret clearance required with IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive or Tier 3 at time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering terms into end-user manuals and documentation.
• Plan and stand up the KM system from scratch, then manage it throughout the period of performance.
• Develop documentation and training for database modernization and UI/UX deployment.
• Produce artifacts demonstrating controls for RMF/ATO.
• Support systems engineering artifacts and final reports; prepare stakeholder materials.
• Maintain version control and ensure CUI marking compliance.
• Ensure DoD 5200.48 compliance and timely monthly status reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
