Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 8+ years of experience blending technical writing, instructional design, and knowledge management within the DoD or IC environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint (JWICS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Repository Management: Establish, maintain, and govern a centralized knowledge repository on the DIA JWICS SharePoint site to house project documentation, technical artifacts, training materials, and decision logs.
• Document Governance: Implement robust document management processes, including strict version control, review/approval workflows, access controls, and retention lifecycle management
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive, role-based training materials. This includes authoring course curricula, presentation decks, hands-on exercise guides, quick-start manuals, and video tutorials
• Technical Authoring: Draft, review, and refine complex technical documents, white papers, strategy documents, and SOPs required by the program scope.
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate communities of practice, organize regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and maintain expert directories to foster a culture of collaboration across the enterprise.

This professional will be the cornerstone for capturing, organizing, and disseminating critical program knowledge. You will establish centralized repositories on secure networks, author technical documentation, and develop comprehensive, role-based training programs that empower data stewards and technical staff across the agency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Clearance: Active, current Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph is mandatory .
• Experience: 8+ years of experience blending technical writing, instructional design, and knowledge management within the DoD or IC environment
• Technical Literacy: Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint (specifically in secure environments like JWICS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.

DESIRED SKILLS & FRAMEWORKS

• Experience utilizing Atlassian Confluence for documentation in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
• Familiarity with data governance terminology and IT systems architectures.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to articulate complex data structures to non-technical stakeholders.
