Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager for Key Accounts to serve as the primary strategic partner for high-value clients. You will join client calls, present performance insights, and guide optimizations to maximize ROI across multi-channel campaigns.

This fully remote, high-touch role emphasizes relationship-building, expansion opportunities, and collaboration with Sales and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• Client-facing expertise: confidently lead client calls and explain performance data.
• Strategic thinker: advise executives on growth opportunities.
• Strong communication: simplify complex digital metrics for clients.
• 5+ years of digital advertising experience with programmatic, SEM, social, or multi-channel campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
• 3 weeks of PTO (+ 9 paid holidays) and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for high-value accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
• Confidently join and lead client calls to present campaign results, performance insights, and recommendations.

• Partner with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
