Job summary

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator to serve as the operational hub between our external Media Partners and internal teams. This remote role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate campaign setup, and ongoing performance optimization across multiple markets.

You will engage with partner stakeholders, Ignite sales leaders, campaign managers, and buying teams to ensure campaigns launch correctly, perform well, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in digital advertising
• Exceptional Communicator with ability to lead cross‑functional projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Collaborates well with others and maintains composure in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Support partner discovery and strategy discussions to understand objectives and KPIs
• Assist with proposal development aligned with client goals
• Respond to partner inquiries within 24 hours with clear, data‑backed recommendations
• Coordinate internal teams to document targeting, budget, flight dates and specs before launch
• Lead post‑sale campaign setup, tracking, and reporting with transparency and professionalism
• Monitor performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and upsell potential
• Prepare and deliver performance summaries and actionable insights to partners
