UNFI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote role focused on retaining and servicing major accounts while ensuring data accuracy across various business software. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage item maintenance, promotions, new item processes, and pricing execution, while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of customer/account management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze and report data.

Formación

• Associates' degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years customer experience and account management experience required.
• Experience servicing high profile accounts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review data for integrity and accuracy prior to system inputs.
• Resolve customer questions promptly or refer to appropriate personnel.
• Administer pricing, promotions and item maintenance in systems.
