UNFI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to retain and service our largest accounts while ensuring data accuracy across business systems. You will act as the client advocate within cross-functional teams and support pricing, promotions, item maintenance, and reporting.

The role is 100% remote and requires Excel proficiency for data entry, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP. Collaboration with Sales, Inventory Planning, and Operations is essential for an optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of customer experience and account management experience required.
• Experience servicing high profile accounts and related procedures.
• Analytical background in distribution or category management preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs.
• Resolve customer questions promptly or refer to appropriate personnel.
• Administer pricing, promotions and item maintenance in systems.
• Maintain discount files within UNFI and customer systems.
• Coordinate promotions and new item processes for accounts.
• Ensure proper attributes and pricing on new store openings.
• Communicate with Inventory Planning, Routing and Operations about orders.
• Acquire new store deal sheets per company guidelines.
• Manage discontinued products and pack size changes.
• Generate system reports for customers (sales, inventory, performance).
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
