Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Manager, IT Data Products to lead the data product portfolio and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions that integrate with ERP, WMS, TMS, and digital commerce systems.

You will guide architecture decisions, drive data governance practices, and mentor a team of product managers and analysts across distributed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data-related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with data solutions or software delivery.
• 3+ years of management experience leading distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data product definition, planning, and delivery with stakeholders and engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and governance.
• Provide solution architecture direction and API/event strategies.
• Ensure data products integrate with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other systems.
• Drive modernization of processes and scalable data capabilities.
• Manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and vendor engagement.
• Develop and mentor a team of product managers and business analysts.
