Job summary

Sanhua International is seeking a reliable Junior Account Manager to provide dedicated administrative, operational, and client-facing support to the Key Account team. You will help ensure smooth daily account operations, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate cross-team communication in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This role involves coordinating with sales, supply chain, and internal teams, supporting travel arrangements, and assisting in business reviews and account planning

Qualifications

• Professional experience in accounting support, sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent diligence, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of global supply chain is a plus.
• Experience with multinational customers is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for key account activities.
• HVAC Industry experience is a plus.
• Engineering background in ME, HVAC, etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end administrative and operational support for the Key Account Manager and key accounts.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, contracts, pricing agreements, and reporting materials.
• Assist in strengthening key client relationships and supporting retention, upsell, and cross sell initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure KPIs and client commitments are met.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and account performance summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute account plans and travel arrangements.
• Monitor travel and event logistics for key account activities.
