Job summary

WuXi TIDES, a leading CRO/CMO unit of WuXi AppTec, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive drug development projects in the US remotely. You will coordinate with clients, scientific teams, and BD to ensure proposals, plans, and milestones are met with quality and efficiency.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, leveraging 10+ years of R&D and API experience to promote WuXi TIDES’s services at conferences and client visits.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Organic Chemistry.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/CRO/CMO with process R&D, API development.
• Experience in project management or managing external collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project teams, set expectations, provide direction and feedback.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with inputs from stakeholders.
• Plan and implement projects, define tasks and resources.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; report to stakeholders.
• Support technical team in investigating issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Liaise with client contacts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Represent the company in meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, drive actions.
• Assess results and suggest future improvements.
• Collaborate with BD to attend client visits, conferences or trade shows.
