Job summary

WuXi TIDES, a leading Contract Research and Development Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) and integral part of WuXi AppTec, seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from proposal through completion by coordinating with clients, technical teams, and the business development group.

The role also supports business development activities, including client visits and representing WuXi TIDES at conferences and trade shows. Bilingual Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in life sciences; chemistry preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience, preferably in API process R&D and manufacturing, and/or Drug Product R&D and manufacturing.
• PMP certification desired; experience in managing external research collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning; define objectives, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress and budget; report to stakeholders.
• Support the technical team to investigate challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with client contacts; manage day-to-day communications; organize meetings and minutes.
