Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a senior sales leader to manage regional business development and distributor relationships. You will train distributors, monitor performance, and drive strategic selling to achieve targets.

The role requires five years of industrial sales management, a technical bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office plus SAP/C4C. Travel is expected, with a fully remote arrangement and regional travel within the Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

Five years of sales management experience in industrial sales is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven leader with strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and related tools; travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and support day-to-day activities of Platinum Distributors and OEMs in the region; meet/exceed goals.
Provide training for Platinum Distributor branches on products, pricing, and strategic selling.
Prepare monthly reports on market trends, forecasts, and activity; track orders.
Conduct market analysis and report findings to leadership.
Travel up to 50% and maintain strong cross-functional communications.
