Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Grid Solutions AC Integrated Solutions Key Account/Business Development Sales Manager for Behind the Meter opportunities with Data Center customers. You will lead sales strategy, build executive relationships, and drive end-to-end solutions from design to contract.

The role requires strong leadership, 6+ years in direct sales, and 4+ years in electrical/energy sectors. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across GE business lines are expected.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or BA degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of direct sales, account management, or team leadership experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in electrical / utility / energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the AC Integrated Solutions business.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through market analysis and cross-sharing with other GE Vernova units.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers including Developers, EPCs, utilities, and strategic partners.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive customer solutions.
