Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management.
• Strong experience in managing key accounts and driving sales in convenience stores or retail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Convenience accounts, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding product offerings and improving shelf positioning.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and in-store promotions for key accounts.
• Collaborate with category management to optimize product assortment for each key account.
• Implement pricing strategies to balance profitability and competitiveness.
• Work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service for aligned execution.
