Leica Biosystems is seeking a remote Key Account Manager & Application Support for the Hong Kong region. You will drive growth by engaging hospitals, universities, and reference labs, and by coordinating with KOLs and sponsors to expand Leica Total Solution proposals.

You will report to the Commercial Business Manager, HKTW and work within a global Commercial team. The role emphasizes relationship building, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree at the very minimum, Advanced Science Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Demonstrated track record for meeting sales objectives year over year.
• Strong capability to open new accounts.
• Experience building strategic relationships in key accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans for Hospital Authority clusters, private hospitals, universities and reference laboratories.
• Achieve Hong Kong sales, order and profitability targets across equipment, consumables, service and Digital Pathology.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, tender specifications, compliance statements and submissions.
• Maintain SFDC pipeline, opportunity progression and forecasting.
• Coordinate evaluation, site readiness, installation, integration, training and new product introduction.
