Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for Aerospace Defense. This remote role focuses on building and growing strategic relationships with defense and aerospace accounts, developing candidate-specific success metrics beyond revenue, and serving as the primary Henkel contact across procurement, engineering and quality.

The candidate will craft long-term strategic plans, explore new product opportunities and manage key contractual negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related discipline required.
• Aerospace materials knowledge and understanding of quality/compliance required.
• 10+ years in Aerospace Defense B2B sales or account management.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with high-opportunity defense and aerospace accounts (remote).
• Develop customer-specific success metrics beyond revenue, incl. innovation impact.
• Serve as main Henkel contact across procurement, engineering, quality and supply chain.
• Create long-term strategic plans aligned to customer's goals and programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand with new products or process improvements.
• Lead executive-level meetings and business reviews to maintain alignment.
• Manage pricing, LTAs and terms; champion customer needs internally.
