Job summary

Sungrow North America seeks a high-impact sales leader for North American AI data centers, driving pre-sales for core AIDC power products including 800V architecture and liquid-cooled solutions. You will liaise with sales, R&D and customers to deliver localized technical support and steer project implementation.

You will craft regional strategies, nurture top-tier hyperscalers and EPCs, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in data center/AI data center power products in North America.
• Familiar with HVDC, UPS, server power, liquid-cooled power supply, and related markets.
• Existing relationships with NA hyperscalers, data center operators, and EPCs preferred.
• Fluent in English; PMP or sales management certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional key account sales strategies, annual business plans, and growth targets.
• Intensively develop top-tier NA hyperscalers, AI centers, data center EPCs; build partnerships.
• Lead customer requirement analysis, customized technical proposals, and negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends; deliver market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate with global R&D, product, supply chain, legal, and finance teams.
• Oversee contract execution, order delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Represent Sungrow at industry events to promote brand in the NA region.
