Job summary

Kelmar is seeking a System Support Associate to assist clients using the KAPS unclaimed property management system. You will become an expert in KAPS, assess processes, and propose improvements while supporting client projects. This is a remote position with opportunities for on-site meetings as needed.

You will gather requirements, write tickets, perform testing, and communicate updates to clients. Strong written and verbal communication, plus experience with Microsoft Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in system support or client management.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio).
• Comfortable using online meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from client processes and customization needs.
• Compose tickets for development with priorities and timelines.
• Perform acceptance and regression testing on completed development work.
• First line of defense in client support requests; diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Communicate regular updates on all open tickets to clients and projects.
• Train end users in the KAPS system; assist with webinars.
• Analyze and recommend process workflows to clients.
• Collaborate with Training and Documentation Specialist to maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients; some on-site meetings may be required.
• Provide status reports on open requests.
• Participate in rotation of early/late/holiday/weekend support.
