Job summary

OnIndus is seeking an experienced Kahua Implementation Consultant to lead client-driven Kahua deployments. You will configure, deploy, and optimize the Kahua platform, guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle while delivering strategic insights.

Requires hands-on Kahua experience, strong consulting skills, and a track record of delivering capital-project solutions. This role offers a fully remote work environment and frequent collaboration with owners, consultants, and project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Kahua implementation, configuration, or administration experience.
• Proven Kahua implementations for construction owners, consultants, or enterprise orgs.
• Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience supporting capital projects, PMIS, construction management, or project controls environments.
• Deep understanding of Kahua configuration, workflows, permissions, and system administration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kahua implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Kahua solutions.
• Configure applications, workflows, forms, security roles, and system settings.
• Partner with clients to develop implementation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout each engagement.
• Design and configure Kahua applications to support client business processes.
• Assist with system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing optimization initiatives following implementation.
• Deliver end-user training and onboarding sessions.
• Develop client documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support organizational change management and adoption strategies.
• Help clients maximize the value of their Kahua investment.
