Job summary

Procon Consulting seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver end-user training for enterprise Kahua implementations supporting federal construction and facilities programs. This remote role translates complex configurations into practical training, enabling user adoption across client builds.

You will create training materials, deliver sessions virtually and in person, and measure effectiveness while collaborating with implementation leads and stakeholders to reflect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• 5+ years delivering adult or software end-user training, or 3+ years with a professional credential.
• Experience training on enterprise SaaS/ERP/PM platforms such as Kahua, Procore, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or similar.
• Strong instructional design with role-based curricula, user guides, job aids, and eLearning content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop role-based training curricula for Kahua applications.
• Create and maintain instructor guides, participant guides, and eLearning modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training to diverse audiences.
• Prepare training environments with sample projects and scenarios reflecting real workflows.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer programs to build client internal capabilities.
• Provide post-go-live user support and coaching.
• Track attendance, completion, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with implementation and help desk teams to align training with go-live schedules.
