Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver end-user training for Kahua implementations supporting federal construction programs. This remote role translates configured technology into practical, easy-to-understand training to enable adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years delivering end-user training, or 3+ years with professional training credential.
• Experience training on enterprise SaaS/ERP/project management platforms like Kahua, Procore, Oracle Unifier, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong instructional design skills with role-based curricula, guides, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear instructions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual training tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination.
• Preferred: Kahua experience and certifications; experience with federal construction programs; familiarity with RFIs, submittals, daily reports, change management, cost controls, docs, closeout.
• Preferred: Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, TalentLMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop role-based training curricula for Kahua applications.
• Create and maintain instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, and eLearning modules.
• Customize training content to reflect client workflows and configurations.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training to diverse audiences.
• Prepare training environments, sample projects, records, and scenarios.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and super-user programs.
• Provide post-go-live user support and coaching.
• Track attendance, evaluations, LMS records, and adoption metrics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve materials.
• Participate in discovery, configuration, and deployment planning for training.
• Collaborate with implementation, data migration, change management, and help desk teams.
• Maintain an organized, version-controlled training library.
