Job summary

MGT is seeking a K–3 Spanish Foundational Skills Curriculum Writer for remote work in the U.S. This role develops standards-aligned Spanish literacy materials, applying biliteracy principles to ensure coherence and rigor across grade levels.

You will collaborate with editors, translators, and instructional designers to create engaging lesson plans, assessments, and student materials, while integrating AI thoughtfully.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish with strong orthography and instructional language.
• Proficient in English for cross-team communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Familiar with AI tools and new software platforms.
• Experience with US K-12 education system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt Spanish-language curriculum and materials.
• Ensure Spanish content is linguistically accurate and culturally grounded.
• Apply biliteracy and Spanish literacy frameworks across units and grades.
• Collaborate with editors, translators, and instructional designers.
• Incorporate evidence-based best practices in Spanish Language Arts.
• Revise materials based on internal and client feedback.
• Support development of teacher-facing materials and professional resources.
• Apply knowledge of current trends in Spanish literacy and bilingual education.
• Integrate AI tools while maintaining quality and linguistic integrity.
