Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a Project Manager to guide schools through the successful implementation of Finalsite solutions. You will manage multiple implementations, ensuring on-time delivery while building trusted client relationships and offering consultative guidance throughout the process.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable plans, covering enrollment, billing, reporting, and data integrations where relevant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, implementation, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and timelines.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into actions.
• Comfort with financial concepts like fees, billing schedules, payments, and reporting.
• Discuss financial workflows; CPA-level accounting not required.
• Attention to detail with client data and project documentation.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or K–12 education tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project experience from kickoff through launch and transition.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing scope, timelines, deliverables, client expectations, dependencies, and metrics.
• Drive project timelines and accountability by identifying risks and roadblocks, keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Lead client meetings and implementation discussions, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and addressed.
• Gather and document billing and financial requirements and the impact on workflows.
• Maintain clear project documentation and support a smooth transition to ongoing support.
