Job summary

Tenable is seeking an Associate Services Architect to create, update, and maintain technical content for the Professional Services Portfolio. This role blends technical aptitude with content development and communication skills, working under the mentorship of a Senior Services Architect or Manager to design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, training content, and enablement material.

This position centers on keeping courses, labs, and collateral current as Tenable products evolve,

Qualifications

• Security foundations and 1–3 years in information security or equivalent.
• Exposure to vulnerability management concepts encouraged.
• Technical writing or training delivery experience is a plus.
• Experience in professional services or consulting is valued.
• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge; Windows and Linux basics.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain consulting service offerings and enablement content.
• Design and deliver pre-production training and live demonstrations.
• Review content with cross-functional teams for quality and alignment.
• Ensure accuracy of course materials and lab environments before release.
• Support development of new consulting services offerings and collateral.
