Tenable is seeking a seasoned leader to build and run a high-velocity production engine for its Professional Services Portfolio. You will own the collateral lifecycle, coordinate with Production and GTM teams, and ensure content stays current, on-brand, and field-ready.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes.
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff.
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic leadership and GTM alignment, including brand evolution and collateral governance.
Oversee production governance, platform management, and curriculum development for the portfolio.
Coordinate launches and ensure collateral roadmap aligns with field priorities and market goals.
Manage a global, cross-timezone team of multimedia, technical writing, and video production professionals.
Establish and track production metrics to drive throughput, quality, and cycle time.
Interface with internal stakeholders on production requests, timelines, and risk management.
