Job summary

Tenable, the Exposure Management company, seeks a Junior Services Architect to create, update, and maintain technical content for the Professional Services Portfolio. You’ll design and refine consulting offerings, training content, and enablement materials under mentorship.

You’ll support portfolio maintenance, keeping courses and labs current as products evolve, while assisting Senior Architects with strategic development and new offerings. This role offers hybrid work with structured mentoring.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of information security experience or equivalent training/education/services.
• Exposure to vulnerability management concepts is a plus.
• Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain consulting service offerings and enablement content.
• Deliver pre-production training sessions and record live demonstrations.
• Review content with Services, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Management teams.
