In this hybrid US-based role, you will lead cross-team collaboration on standards, teach classes, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience in Information Security.
• 1+ years of vulnerability management and broader cybersecurity operations.
• 3+ years of professional services, technical support, or sales engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical curricula, training, and customer enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Professional Services Portfolio by identifying gaps and opportunities and proposing and prioritizing new offerings aligned with corporate strategy and product roadmaps.
• Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, educational material, and technical presentations for webinars and events, and lead development of the most complex and strategic net-new offerings.
• Maintain high technical, content, and lab quality standards across the portfolio, ensuring outputs adhere to established team standards and templates.
• Stay informed about product changes, evaluate requirements for offering updates, and plan portfolio updates well ahead of product release.
• Advise the Senior Director, Services Portfolio, on offering strategy, resourcing, and delivery risk.
• Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
• Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing offerings and content for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver pre-production training sessions to evaluate product suitability and gather early feedback.
• Create live demonstration recordings for the Tenable product suite.
• Perform content reviews with peers to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs, acting as final technical approver for release.
• Periodically teach customer classes or deliver service engagements to obtain intimate knowledge of the customer experience.
