Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Services Architect focused on creating and maintaining technical content for the Professional Services Portfolio. You will work under mentoring to design and update consulting offerings, training materials, and enablement content while ensuring materials stay current with product evolution.

Qualifications

• Security foundations and practical exposure to information security concepts.
• Experience with vulnerability management concepts or related tooling is a plus.
• Technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery background is beneficial but not required.
• Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings and enablement content.
• Maintain and refresh existing courses and labs as products evolve.
• Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing content for accuracy.
• Deliver pre-production training and record live demonstrations for product suites.
• Review content with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment.
