KBR is hiring a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the implementation, administration, development, and continuous improvement of a new Salesforce environment. You will work with Growth Operations Excellence to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative configuration with entry-level development in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes customer relationship management, pipeline visibility, and enterprise growth execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years supporting Salesforce administration, development, or CRM/workflow automation.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, admin tasks.
• Foundational experience with Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration and automation.
• Strong documentation and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and admin of a new Salesforce environment.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation, flows, reports, dashboards, and access controls.
• Develop declarative automations; support Apex/LWC when needed.
• Assist with data migration, cleaning, deduplication, and data quality.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and pipeline visibility.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and data platforms.
• Document configuration notes, test scripts, and deployment steps.
• Assist sandbox management, deployment prep, and production support.
