Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with larger data sets, including data cleanup, maintenance, and enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, including account setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and user groups.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality like Flow Builder automations, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards based on business needs.
• Help maintain data quality through cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment.
• Provide frontline Salesforce support via ticketing system, email, and phone; escalate complex issues.
• Assist with testing and deployment of enhancements, system updates, and new functionality.
• Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Collaborate with CRM, technology, and support teams on enhancements and process improvements.
