  • Support Salesforce reporting and dashboard development to improve visibility into customer, lead, opportunity, pipeline, forecasting, resource planning, and growth execution data.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce user issues, investigate system defects, document root causes, and coordinate resolution with business or technical stakeholders.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including API-based integrations, middleware, reporting tools, and data platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration notes, user guidance, test scripts, deployment notes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with sandbox management, change tracking, deployment preparation, release validation, and production support activities.
  • Follow Salesforce development, security, testing, data governance, and release management best practices.
  • Help ensure Salesforce remains scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce workflows, governance standards, data standards, and user experience.
