Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to provide hands-on administration and support for the Dynasty CRM Platform, helping our Network Partners get the most out of the technology that runs their business.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of Salesforce administration experience who wants to grow their skills within a large, evolving CRM platform used across dozens of client firms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, reports/dashboards).
• Experience managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Perform user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public group management across the Dynasty CRM Platform.
• Build and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow Builder automations, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Network Partner business needs.
• Maintain data integrity across the platform, including data cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for Network Partner users via ticketing, email, or phone, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features, updates, and releases.
• Maintain documentation on Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Dynasty's broader CRM and Support teams on cross-platform projects and process improvements.
