Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior SailPoint IAM Engineer in Massachusetts to strengthen an enterprise IAM program. You will design, build, and maintain identity governance using SailPoint ISC, APIs, SCIM, and modern DevOps practices.

You will work with IT and business teams to onboard applications, automate provisioning, run certifications, and enforce governance policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of professional experience or equivalent
• Strong experience in enterprise IAM, especially IGA
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) expertise
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications
• Proven track record delivering SailPoint ISC solutions in complex enterprises

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC
• Develop workflows for identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, and governance
• Create scalable application onboarding and integration using APIs and SCIM
• Collaborate with owners, IT, security, and compliance to establish governance
• Design access control models balancing business needs with least privilege
• Apply CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and release management
• Improve platform reliability through automation, monitoring, and configuration management
• Investigate and resolve complex IAM issues and support audits
• Provide mentorship to IAM team members
• Operate SailPoint platform including upgrades and production support
