You’ll learn the full recruitment lifecycle hands-on, with mentorship from experienced recruiters. Responsibilities span resume screening, screening calls, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition as a career path.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow.
• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the full recruitment process from resume screening to interview scheduling.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Build a diverse pipeline of prospects for current and future openings.
• Support relationships with colleges and universities to grow our early-career talent pipeline.
• Schedule candidate interviews and assist with posting job requisitions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
