Summary of the Position:

The Junior Recruiter will source, recruit, and onboard high-quality, cost-effective talent in compliance with local regulations. You will contribute to testing and implementing innovative recruitment processes and tools, managing multiple pipelines efficiently. Progress and performance will be documented transparently throughout the recruitment cycle.

You will work closely with Key Internal Stakeholders (KIS) to define deliverables, set timelines, and ensure alignment with company goals, primarily communicating via Slack and Zoom with cameras on. Timely updates and knowledge transfer are essential for effective collaboration.

Work Schedule & Availability:

  • Meetings & Communication: Be available for meetings and communication with stakeholders throughout the week, typically between 2pm to 4pm PST, with possible variation.

Requirements:

  • Presentation & Background: Maintain a polished, professional appearance on camera. Background must be real and tidy—no bedrooms, shared spaces, clutter, virtual backgrounds, or blurring.
  • Chat GPT Skills: Demonstrated experience with Chat GPT, understanding its risks and limitations. Use Chat GPT to streamline work cautiously.
  • Recording: Ability to record yourself and others (with consent) for business purposes using tools like Zoom and Loom. Your acceptance of this role implies consent to these recordings.
  • LinkedIn Network: Public profile with ≥ 500 first-degree connections.
  • Social Media: Willing to create or maintain professional Facebook and/or Instagram profiles aligned with our brand for sourcing candidates.
  • Google Sheets: Proficiency in organizing candidate data, maintaining structured records, linking sheets, and using filters/functions for recruitment data management.
