Job DescriptionAs an Asbury Recruiter, you’ll be part of a centralized talent acquisition team supporting recruitment for exempt and non-exempt, clinical and non-clinical roles throughout the organization.You’ll play a key role in sourcing talented individuals with a passion for serving others.
This role is a PRN/Per Diem role (as needed) role and will be primarily remote. The ideal candidate will be located in the Central PA area andto be available for occasional in-person meetings and training(Frederick, MD) or to participate in community events.
Hours will vary from 10 to 15 hours per week based on hiring volume. Hours worked must be between 9:00am and 4:00pm EST.
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience
