Position Summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on sourcing and placing field-based talent, particularly in medical sales and clinical support roles. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience and help maintain a high standard of quality in every hire.

Responsibilities
  1. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms
  2. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  5. Support onboarding processes and maintain communication with new hires
  6. Assist in drafting and updating job postings and job descriptions
  7. Collaborate with the recruiting team on outreach strategies and candidate engagement initiatives
  8. Provide timely updates and reporting on recruiting activities and progress
Qualifications
  1. 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, B2B or a related administrative function (internship or office experience encouraged)
  2. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  3. Comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proactive and collaborative team player with a willingness to learn
  6. An interest in the healthcare, medical device, or talent acquisition fields is a plus
  7. Must reside in the United States
